HHIC is a Hawai‘i not-for-profit corporation that exists to enhance the health status of the people of Hawai‘i through the collection, analysis and dissemination of statewide health information. As part of its mission, HHIC has made available through this Web site health information in aggregate form that can be accessed by the public and by members of HHIC. User Access Information If you visit our Web site to read or download information such as reports or forms, we collect and store the name of the domain and the host from which you access the Internet; the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access our site; the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to this site, and the pages you have accessed on this site. This information is aggregated for internal analysis purposes by HHIC only and eventually discarded. Login options HHIC’s home page has two login options: HHIC Online Reports® and Hawaii DataBank.  Individual user access information is captured and retained for later use if you login as a member through the Online reports option and as a member through the Hawaii DataBank. Different information is needed for each of these options and is currently held in separate databases. The information, how it gets used, and what you can to do change or update it is explained in more detail below. HHIC Online Reports® If you login to the HHIC Online Reports® option, there are two further options available: login as a guest or login as a member. If you login as a guest, no personally identifiable information is collected other than as noted in User Access Information. In order to login to the member portal, you will need a member ID and password, which are available only to members of HHIC. Your personal information has already been collected when you were provided a password to access this option and is stored in HHICs database.
